Tim is an engaging and dynamic executive leader, personal development coach, business and government affairs consultant and trainer, campus pastor, speaker, communications and public relations expert, thought leader and author whose influence spans multiple arenas. In addition, Tim is host of The Communication Guru Podcast: How You Say It Matters.

While working with leading Milwaukee public affairs firm Mueller Communications as an Account Executive, Tim developed and coordinated multi-tiered communications plans for issue and special interest advocacy and helped secure over $15 million in tax-incremental financing (TIF) and related municipal funding for clients including Major League Baseball’s Milwaukee Brewers, AT&T, Walgreens, The Mandel Group (real estate), Barrett Lo Visionary Development and the National Trust for Historic Preservation, among others.

Tim previously served as Public Relations & Brand Manager at Employ Milwaukee, the local workforce development board serving Milwaukee County and Director of the Milwaukee Area Workforce Funding Alliance, a coalition of private and public funders who align funding for workforce development improvement in Milwaukee and southeastern Wisconsin. Tim is also a former chief of staff to a City of Milwaukee Common Council President and was a community blogger (The Skinny) for the state of Wisconsin’s largest newspaper, Milwaukee Journal Sentinel’s Purple Wisconsin initiative.

Tim's first book, Morning Timspiration, Daily Devotion for the Workplace & Entrepreneurs: Volume 1, Edition 2, is based on his inspirational, social media vlog, “Morning Timspiration.” Moreover, Tim serves as North Campus Pastor at World Outreach Center (WOC) in Milwaukee, WI, and as Wisconsin State Director for Christians United for Israel (CUFI), the largest grass- roots, pro-Israel advocacy group in America with over 11 million members nationwide and sits on a number of civic Boards of Directors throughout the community.

A true leader by many standards, and trusted advisor, Tim serves as Executive Director of Infrastructure Business Development at National Association of Minority Contractors – Wisconsin (NAMC-WI). In this role, Tim manages the organization’s expansion of capacity building resources, workforce development, and strategic relationship building opportunities to benefit Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), Small Business Enterprises (SBE) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) in the horizontal, vertical and utility Construction space(s) to achieve readiness to deliver substantial value – participation on major infrastructure projects.

Tim received his BA in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
